under Article 81-(2)of the Law Shall be as follows:
(1)Any aircraft used by the Ministry of Transport, Defence Agency, National Police Agency, Metropolitan/hokkaido/Prefectural Police, or Fire Defence agencies of lcocal Public Entities for search or rescue missions;
(2)Any aircraft engaged in a search or rescue mission upon the request of the Ministry of Transport.
(Cruising Altitude)
Article 177. The cruising altitude of an aircraft under the provisions of Article 82 paragraph 1 of the Law shall be the appropriate altitude prescribed in the following table (or the specified altitude, in the case of the altitude being specified in accordance with the provisions of Article 96 paragraph 1 of the law):
